  • Why is having a will important?

A will is crucial as it allows you to dictate the distribution of your assets after death. This legal document helps ensure your final wishes are respected, minimizes potential family conflicts, and provides reassurance to both you and your family members. Regardless of your age or financial status, creating a will is a prudent step in planning for the future.
  • What is an advance healthcare directive?

An advance healthcare directive, also known as a living will, is a document that specifies your medical care preferences if you become incapacitated. It typically involves designating a trusted individual to make decisions on your behalf, ensuring your healthcare choices are honored even when you're unable to communicate them yourself.
  • What does a durable power of attorney do?

A durable power of attorney is a legal document that authorizes someone to manage your financial and legal matters if you become incapacitated. This designated individual can perform tasks such as paying bills, managing bank accounts, and making other important decisions on your behalf.
  • How much does an estate plan cost?

Estate planning is often more cost-effective than many people anticipate. We utilize a flat-rate pricing structure, providing upfront cost information without any hidden fees. • How long does it take to complete an estate plan?

Generally, we can finalize an estate plan within 10 to 14 business days. While this timeline may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your situation, we strive to complete everything efficiently and promptly.
